How to use the Compass

The dashboard is your home base. Deadlines are grouped into buckets so you can see what needs attention first:

• Action Required This Week — hard deadline within 7 days.
• Overdue — past the statutory due date.
• Due in 30 Days — start the workback now.
• Waiting on Someone Else — blocked or awaiting another person.
• Board Agenda Items to Prepare — board action is required.
• Needs Applicability Decision — marked “Not Sure,” so verify before treating as active.
• Needs Source Verification — source conflict; do not present as verified.
• Recently Completed — done with evidence on file.

Use the search box and department chips to filter. The “Only what applies to my district size” checkbox hides deadlines that do not apply to your ADA band. Add your ADA in District Setup to make this work.
